Our Client is looking for a confident, self-starter with a solid background in managing a high performing B2B sales team with experience in telecoms or a related sector. The right candidate will possess the correct attitude, drive, experience and stable career background and all is of equal importance to our client.
- To manage, motivate and inspire the team to deliver revenue and customer service targets.
- To coach on a range of products and techniques for selling to our valued customers.
- To coach and monitor team and individual performance, set team and individual targets, monitor attendance and deal with people management issues.
- To build and maintain internal relationships across own organisation and, where appropriate, wider unit.
- To lead and communicate operational plans as it applies to the team
- To act as the first escalation point for customer complaints and retain ownership until resolution.
- Authority/Decision Making:
- Sets and ensures delivery against team targets in both revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and resolves barriers to achieving customer satisfaction/ revenue generation and other targets, or escalates to Centre Manager.
- Implements process improvements within own team, so that the team operates to minimum cost and maximum benefit.
- Takes responsibility and accountability for managing people resource targets and performance of a team so that all revenue, customer satisfaction, quality, cost and productivity targets are achieved.
- Responsible for coaching and for people issues associate with managing a team of Team Members, including performance management, discipline, grievance cases and recruitment as necessary.
- Achieve and deliver on all set targets and KPIs
- Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
- You must come from a strong B2B focused sales management background and have experience of leading and managing a team.
- You must display a motivational and professional attitude and be ready for the next stage in your leadership career.
- You must be a hungry, focused with a proven track record of driving results.
- Results driven individual with strong commercial acumen
- A strong coach and mentor in a competitive environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Adept at delivering high levels of customer/business satisfaction at all times

Package & Benefits
- Excellent basic salary from £24k to £30k based on experience.
